Katie Stenman | Court Administrator
Katie began her service as Court Administrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Ohio, Probate/Juvenile Division in 2015. She comes to the position from her previous employment as Chief of Staff for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. Prior to her employment with the Commission, Katie served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Stephen R. Shaw at the Third District Court of Appeals in Lima, Ohio. She holds a law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Katie received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Lisa Williamson | Director of Court Services
Lisa has been employed with the Delaware County Juvenile Court since 1994. Lisa has served in many duties within the Court since 1994 including: wrap staff, intake officer, intake department head, and her current role. Lisa’s current position supervises the Intake and Treatment Departments, including; Intake/Diversion, School Liaison/Attendance, Mentoring, Victim Services, Family Advocates and Treatment Court. Lisa is an advocate for youth and firm believer in Trauma Informed Care. Lisa graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Development. Lisa received her MPA from Ohio University in December of 2017.
During her tenure at the Court, Lisa is an active member of the Ohio Juvenile Diversion Association; serving as Secretary, for two years, and President, for four years, Lisa has also served as the Judge’s representative on the board of the Perry Multi-County Juvenile Facility since 2003 and is the current board Vice President and past Secretary.
Kara Moore | Chief Probation Officer
In October 2016, Kara joined the Delaware County Juvenile court as the Chief Probation Officer. Prior to joining the team at the Delaware County Juvenile Court, Kara worked for Delaware County Adult Court Services. Throughout the years at Adult Court Services she held multiple positions from Deputy Chief Probation Officer, Intensive Supervision Officer to Senior Probation Officer. Kara’s primary duties involved the supervision of adult felony offenders who were of high risk to recidivate. The goal was to challenge anti-social thoughts and behavior patterns and hold the offender accountable to reduce the risk of recidivism while living in the community. As a supervisor, she was challenged and honored to serve as a point of contact for staffing cases with other Officers and assisting the Chief and Deputy Chief with administrative duties as assigned. In 1996 Kara graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Police Administration and also studied music.
Renee Lovelien | Clerical Services Department Head
Renee has served the Court in many capacities since 2005. She has worked as a deputy clerk and typist in the Juvenile/Probate Divisions and as the Victim Services Coordinator before taking her role as the Clerical Services Department Head in 2008.
Karen Wadkins | Fiscal Department Head
Karen Wadkins is the Fiscal Coordinator of the Delaware County Probate/Juvenile Court. Prior to joining the Court in 2015, she worked as the Business and Operations Manager for the Department of Biomedical Informatics at The Ohio State University for more than 7 years. Prior to working at Ohio State, Karen worked in commercial and residential real estate as the Assistant to the Controller for a management company located in Columbus, Ohio. Karen graduated from Ohio Dominican University in 2008 with her undergraduate degree in Business Management.
She resides in Delaware County with her husband and two children.
